Following an audit on 2nd February, 9th February and 11th February 2021., the audit team of the ECM of the Croatian Railway Safety Agency found that the maintenance workshop taking over the maintenance function (Rail Factory d.o.o.) meets the requirements and criteria in accordance with Annex II. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/779.

On March 1, 2021, the Croatian Railway Safety Agency issued to the company Rail Factory d.o.o. ISSUED A CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY FOR MAINTENANCE FUNCTIONS, maintenance delivery.

This authorization was issued in accordance with the transitional provisions of clarification "ERA 1172/001 V2.0" for a period of two years.

On October 21^st 2020, the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure, Minister Oleg Butković issued an APPROVAL granting the company Rail Factory L.t.d. approves the maintenance of railway vehicles in use on railways in domestic and international railway traffic, for types of railway vehicles, freight wagons, gas and derivative tank wagons, diesel locomotives and diesel motor trains for corrective and preventive maintenance on term of 5 years.

 

ODOBRENJE MPPI - RailFactory

On  September 29^th 2020. the commission of the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure performed an audit in Rail Factory L.t.d. in accordance with the Ordinance on the conditions to be met by legal and natural persons authorized to maintain railway vehicles. After a successful audit, the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure will issue an authorization for the maintenance of railway vehicles to Rail Factory L.t.d.
