After the audit conducted on February 13, February 15 and February 17, 2023, the audit team for ECM of the Railway Safety Agency determined that the maintenance workshop that takes over the function of performing maintenance (Rail Factory d.o.o.) meets the requirements and criteria in accordance with Annex II. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019 /779. On February 24, 2023, the Agency for Railway Traffic Safety of the Republic of Croatia to Rail Factory d.o.o. ISSUED CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY FOR MAINTENANCE FUNCTIONS, performance of maintenance. This authorization confirms the acceptance of the maintenance system within the European Union in accordance with Directive (EU) 2016/798 of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/779 for a period of five years.
