Following an audit on 2nd February, 9th February and 11th February 2021., the audit team of the ECM of the Croatian Railway Safety Agency found that the maintenance workshop taking over the maintenance function (Rail Factory d.o.o.) meets the requirements and criteria in accordance with Annex II. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/779.
On March 1, 2021, the Croatian Railway Safety Agency issued to the company Rail Factory d.o.o. ISSUED A CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY FOR MAINTENANCE FUNCTIONS, maintenance delivery.
This authorization was issued in accordance with the transitional provisions of clarification “ERA 1172/001 V2.0” for a period of two years.
